This article starts with trying to explain what sexual tension is and how it occurs. Then the author suggest some ways d what to avoid that can create and build up the sexual tension in women. Sexual tension occurs after the initial attraction stage. It is the feeling you will experience when you are with someone you are attracted to. What is great about practicing with waitresses is, they have to approach you 1st, and they are already in a friendly frame of mind. What I do with waitresses is practice making “naughty comments”, seeing how much I can make them laugh and how much I can get them to react to me in the same way. Because this is just “practicing” with no expectation of what you are going to get out of this, you will feel quite relaxed. After some practicing, you will be able to develop a set of expressions/ways that you know will work in order to get you to be perceived as naughty or playful.
(2) Take your time to contact her
Some guys make themselves look or behave in a desperate way by quickly calling or writing to girl(s) after getting their mobile phone number or email address. This is an unwise move. Calling or writing a woman immediately is a quick way to destroy any anticipation or sexual tension.
On the other hand, if you call up 2 days later and say,”Hi, what’s up? I’m busy tonight and tomorrow but let’s do something on Friday. Here’s my number, call me, I got to go” that will be a totally different type of communication. By Day Two after she pass you her contact number, she will start to wonder if you are still keen on her and when you are going to call her. Waiting and not sure what will come next creates tension.
(3) The 2 Steps Forward and One Step Backward Way in Treating Her
This is the ultimate formula for increasing a woman’s anticipation, arousal and interest in you. Moving two steps forward and one step backward creates and builds up tension.
The idea is simple:
Every time you make “progress” in a romantic way with a woman, stop. Then hold back. For example, if you have been talking to her and you start holding her hands, after a few minutes, take your hand back. Then lean back physically and move away from her for a little while.
